By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information when you register, access, or use the Services:
- Account Information – Name, email, phone number, login credentials, and other details used to register your Account.
- Companies Data – Business entity details (e.g., incorporation documents, registration number, directors and shareholders, ownership structures, compliance documentation) provided for KYB (Know Your Business) and regulatory purposes.
- Transaction Data – Information related to payments, disbursements, provider references, and transaction metadata.
- Technical Data – IP addresses, device information, browser type, operating system, and usage patterns collected for security and performance monitoring.
- Communications – Records of communications with us, including support inquiries, emails, or other interactions.
We do not knowingly collect personal data of end-users transacting with Clients unless required for compliance purposes through Providers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Provide and operate the Paystrator Services;
- Verify and onboard Clients, including KYB checks using Companies Data;
- Facilitate integration with Providers and ensure transaction routing;
- Communicate with Clients regarding their account, Services, or updates;
- Monitor, analyze, and improve the performance and reliability of the Services;
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including AML and CTF regulations;
- Protect against fraud, unauthorized use, or security incidents.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Providers: To the extent necessary to facilitate Transactions or comply with their regulatory requirements.
- With Service Partners: Vendors, contractors, or IT partners who help us operate and maintain the Services.
- For Compliance: Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- In Business Transactions: In case of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, where information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
We do not sell Client Data or Companies Data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
- We retain Companies Data and Client Data for as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, or enforce agreements.
- Transaction Data may be retained in accordance with financial and regulatory requirements.
- When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.
5. Data Security
- We implement appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
- While we strive to protect data, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted or stored information.
6. International Data Transfers
As Paystrator operates through multiple Providers, your data may be transferred and processed in jurisdictions outside Singapore. Where required, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual clauses or equivalent protection measures) are in place to protect your information.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal or business data, including the right to:
